Asam Jawa Xtra by Adabi is a tamarind paste that's made for convenience and flavour.

For starters, it is made from 100% tamarind paste. The fibre and seed from the fruit are removed throroughly in a strict manufacturing process to ensure cleanliness and consistent quality. Then, it is pasteurized and packed into containers.

By manufacturing it this way, you get 100% tamarind paste, compared to other products that often contain seed and fiber, giving you only a portion of paste to be used for cooking.
